£500 registration for 3 calendar months

+ 1% property purchase price as commission fee (less the initial registration fee).

Home Hunter Plus

As above plus:

· Engaging a Solicitor and managing the process

· Engaging a surveyor

· Engaging a removals firm or storage

· Managing the moving out and in days

· Dealing with change of address requirements e.g. utility firms

· Arranging for any works to be completed such as decorating and landscaping.

· Visiting and reporting on services such as nurseries, livery stables, clubs and societies

· Should you have any additional requirements I am happy to discuss these with you.

Individual requirements to be quoted for in addition to the above.
